Biography

After completing his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Law, Resul Mutlu began his career as a lawyer at the Istanbul Bar Association following his legal internship. He has focused his work primarily on enforcement law and has handled legal proceedings and advisory processes for numerous corporate firms. In the field of Commercial Law, he has continued his work in the establishment of domestic and foreign joint venture companies and holdings, the establishment of branches and liaison offices of foreign joint venture companies in Turkey, and the execution of all other transactions related to the public offering and export of shares. He continues his valuable work as a senior lawyer responsible for the Enforcement Law department at BBS Law and Consulting Office.
